Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please advise us as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of receiving your goods and ensure you return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels and in sellable condition within 30 days of placing your order.

After a satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods (excluding initial shipping costs) upon receipt. Please note that in the case of goods qualifying for free delivery, the refund will be made nett of shipping costs initially absorbed by DUO Menswear Limited. For orders where shipping has been paid, refunds will be made nett of the difference between shipping charges paid by the customer and the actual amount paid by DUO Menswear Limited, where the actual amount is greater. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. DUO Menswear Limited is not liable for the cost of returning items.
